Members of the team have worked in the information infrastructure business over many years and bring a special perspective to the task of providing customized solutions to the strategic challenges faced by our customers.
Emitac Enterprise Solutions
Tony joined Emitac in 2016 and spearheads the organization as the Chief Executive Officer. He has held several key leadership roles during his career, has extensive experience in IT Solutions; Software; Managed Services and Business Management with resilient business networks and professional relationships in public and private sectors.
Tony is a proven leader and seasoned executive with more than 30 years of experience in the Middle East market. Before being named the CEO of EES, Tony Alam held several leadership positions in IT and Investment business in the region. As a Managing Director of CNS for more than 10 years, he made the company grow significantly, leading transformation from a traditional reseller to a system integrator and managed services provider. Before joining EES, Tony served as the COO of Aban Investments, shouldering the responsibility of overseeing 6 operating companies
Tony has a bachelor degree in Business Management and computer sciences from Middle University in Lebanon. In 2002, he graduated from IMD (International Management development) Lausanne, Switzerland with a degree in Global Executive Management Studies. Currently, he is pursuing studies in London to become a certified board member. Tony speaks 4 languages fluently (Arabic, French, English, and Italian)
Basel brings with him more than 30 years of rich experience across sales and technical verticals in UAE in particular and the region in general. At EES, Basel shall be responsible for the overall productivity and effectiveness of the sales organization and will spearhead the sales to supersede their targets. He will be in-charge of implementing and managing the sales activities, identify new market opportunities and define the actions required to bring new dynamics to the business while generating new growth
Basel is an “Executive MBA” from the University of Edinburgh and ENPC School of Management in Paris. Additionally, he holds a Post Graduate Certificate of International Business from University of Edinburgh and is a Computer Studies graduate from Portsmouth, England.
Prior to joining EES, Basel worked for multinationals like Oracle, as a Senior Sales Director for the Public, HealthCare & Education, Travel & Transportation Sectors in the MEA region. He is known for his strong leadership, people management skills and for building relationships with key clients at management levels.
Shuaib is a Senior technology executive with over 22 years of experience in successfully implementing IT solutions, developing strategy, building & optimizing organizational processes, business intelligence solutions, and IT infrastructure, in a diverse and multicultural global environment. In his current role, he leads Global Services, Innovation Technology, and Managed & Cloud Services for Emitac Enterprise Solutions.
Shuaib was previously heading the Middle East operations at Oracle as the Director of Service Delivery, where he was responsible for leading and significantly growing support services operation through a growth trajectory of 18-22%, for over 8 consecutive years by providing strategy direction and delivery of services across 9 countries. Prior to Joining Oracle, Shuaib served as a Senior Technology Manager for Perot Systems and as an Executive Vice President and Board member for CSM Technologies - a Philanthropic Technology Solutions company whose primary focus was to deliver technology to disenfranchised sections of counties in the state of Georgia.
Anil heads the Operations and PMO as a Director at Emitac Enterprise Solutions and is also responsible for managing enterprise projects of all nature. He conceptualized and started the Operations/Project Management division within Emitac. Under his leadership the department successfully executed and closed many enterprise projects, improved customer relationships as well as collections.
Anil has over 26 years of experience in project management, post-sales support and service delivery with strong technology background, excellent customer relationship skills and management abilities. His experience includes business process re-engineering, cost control, change management, programme and project management. Methodical in his approach, Anil was identified to work with the Internal Audit team to do a complete process evaluation for the entire Emitac Enterprsie Solutions and suggest improvements as well as checks and balances.
Prior to his current role, Anil worked with Imtac, Oman for over 10 years, as a Support Manager. During his stint with Imtac, he not only grew the Support Department revenues by three times but also the team to 50. As a Project Manager, he successfully completed one of the biggest and most strategic Telecom Billing Project on time.
Anil has extensive experience in working with clients in ME and Oman. He holds a Bachelors degree of Engineering in Electronics and Communications from IIT with Masters in Industrial Management, IIT along with a PMI certified PMP certification on Project Management.
Madhava Reddy Koli
Microsoft & Offshore Services
Madhav Reddy Kolli heads the Microsoft Unit at EES with more than 12 years of extensive technical and enterprise experience with expertise in product & vendor management, solution selling, business development and consultancy.
Madhav joined EES in March 2011 from Intertec Systems where he held the position of Senior Pre-Sales Consultant. Prior to this, he held several Technical positions at Ultifusion FZE as Senior Technical Manager and at International Information Technology, Muscat as a Pre-Sales Consultant. In his current critical role as a Unit Head for Microsoft Technologies at EES, Madhav is responsible for expanding, managing and growing the business unit, apart from Product and Vendor management.
Madhav holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University and Masters Degree in Business Administration from Acharya Nagarjuna Vishwavidyalayamu
Yashodhan Borkar joined the Emitac group in the year 2006. He currently heads the finance division with 18 years of rich Finance experience as a Business Finance Manager for Emitac Enterprise Solutions. In his current role, he is responsible for handling all the Finance related activities of Emitac Enterprise Solutions (EES) including Financial Accounting and Reporting, Treasury, Operations, Budgeting and Financial Planning and Cost control. He actively supports all levels of business and management in all kinds of strategic decision making. Interestingly, he has been serving several companies in the Emitac group in various capacities namely as a Business Controller for Emitac Mobile Solutions; and Group Manager – MIS and Budgets for Emirates Technology Company (EMITAC GROUP), where he initiated and set up the budgetary framework and control mechanism for the group apart from establishing a solid accounting process. Prior to this, he served EuroStar as Senior Finance and Accounts Manager responsible for Finance, Accounts and Group MIS;
Yash is a B.Com graduate and holds credible certificates including Certified Cost & Management Accountancy and Certified Information Systems Auditors(CISA) and speaks English, Hindi and Marathi fluently.
Bharati has a career reflecting 15 years of professional experience and excellent performance with leading companies in the IT Industry and 10 years of related Marketing Experience in the region. Currently she heads the Marketing department and serves in the managerial capacity developing, directing, and implementing marketing, advertising and PR strategies for Emitac, aimed at maximizing market share, brand visibility and awareness across various core businesses of the organization. She has a strong industry and technology learning curve; Currently leading the Corporate communications and Marketing at Emitac, her responsibilities include development of the annual Marketing and PR plans for Emitac; Promote and Manage integrated marketing communications and brand development / rebranding initiatives to enhance perception and relationship marketing strategies; Define and enforce brand guidelines; Prepare and manage marketing budget and agency contract negotiations in accordance with various requirements. Manage Events; website development; digital marketing; Advertising; Customer surveys; and PR
Prior to joining Emitac in 2007, She held several managerial positions as Marketing Manager @ Novell Middle East and as Microsoft Product Manager at Mindware. She holds a Bachelors degree of Engineering in Electronics and Communication from Mysore University and is also a certified professional Diploma in Digital Marketing.
Vibhin heads the Human Resources for Emitac Enterprise Solutions. A seasoned HR Professional having worked with diversified industries like Aviation, Telecom, Information Technology, Hospitality, Construction & Consultancy. His core expertise lies in Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, L&D, Performance Management & Employee Engagement. He is responsible for implementing industry standards human resource initiatives, driving a high-performance culture, establishing policies-procedures and robust development programs with a core focus on aligning human capital with the company’s renewed vision, values & strategy.
His most recent assignment was with the Emitac Group where he was heading the Talent Acquisition for the Shared Services spanning across Middle East, Africa and European markets. Vibhin has worked with multinational brands in the region like Emirates Airlines and EMAAR in the past. He has several accolades in setting up new Business Ventures, Business Transitions, HRMS and Process Reengineering programs.
Vibhin holds a MBA in Human Resource from MAHE University, Dubai Academic City. He is IOSH certified and is specialized in psychometric assessments.
